Hi Nancy,
About a month ago you worked with my daughter. I wanted to tell you what a success your session with her has proven. She did, by the way, recently attend the conference where she had to public speak and she did just fine. She also was elected to the position she was campaigning for. She said she was a little nervous but nothing like the paralyzing fear she had before. She listens to the tapes you made often and we both think it translates positively into other parts of her life as well.

FEAR OF FLYING
Dear Nancy,
I just had to write to thank you for your help in conquering my fear of flying. As you may remember, I met with you in early September to prepare for a family visit to New York over the Thanksgiving weekend. Flying has been a source of stress and anxiety for me in recent years; however, between the hypnosis session and the other trips and techniques you provided I was more than prepared. Once on the flight , I was calm, relaxed and excited. I read, napped, talked to other passengers and even went to the bathroom. All things I've been to nervous to do when flying. The flight home was even better, if possible because I had gained so much confidence. I can't thank you enough. You changed my life for the better in just a 5 hour session. The impact on my life style has changed dramatically. i have already started making plans for Hawaii in the spring and new Orleans in 2004. To have such an impact on another person is more than a service it's a gift. I have and will continue to recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you again and have a happy holiday season...

TEETH CLENCHING
Hi Nancy,
I just wanted to drop a quick hello and let you know how much I took with me from our Wednesday night session. I have really begun to sense the deep seated healing which is taking place on a number of levels. I have adopted a new daily working mantra "My Jaw is Healthy, Balanced and RELAXED" I say that to my self a lot during the day. Friday I visited the acupuncturist and I think we isolated a pretty stressed out muscle that up until then had kept itself hidden. The combination of that and our session Wednesday made for the best jaw day I have had in over a year. I actually got through two very taxing social situations and tackled my duties at the loud and noisy theater Friday night without the mouth piece to keep my teeth from hitting. Yes I still felt some teeth contact, but under it all was a calm knowing that I was in touch with the truth and even though I wasn't there yet (outside of my wonderful green room) I would be. I love my tape and look forward to escaping into it at the end of the day. Over the last couple of days the teeth hitting isn't surrounded with so much drama and as a result, the muscles are more relaxed and the urge to clench is subsiding. I catch myself constricting the jaw muscles on the right side now and am amazed at the amount it drops when I relax it. That is always followed by a deep cleansing breath that feels SOoooooo great. ENLIGHTENMENT

I just wanted to thank you for an experience that I cannot totally put into words but one which has had a profound effect on me. I plan to listen to the tape and explore this further. LIGHT BOX
Dear Nancy,
Thank you very much for all the time and effort you put into getting the light for me. No one has ever surprised me like that before like that (at least not in this life!). I do so appreciate your persistence and of course Sondra's gift of the light to me. I am sure this light will make a huge difference this coming winter. When I first looked into it, at your office, there was something "pleasant" about it and the feeling I got inside. I can't really put the feeling into words but it was nice and definitely felt inside. I am grateful to you and Mark for your work with Sondra. Your session with her in particular has really made a positive difference in her life. I can see the change in her face and eyes and know it has healed her depression and put her on a positive path. You have the gift of making one feel very much at ease around as they explore their life issues. I feel that every encounter is a gift with a reason and I thank you for all you have "shown" me and Sondra thru our sessions. Hope you have a great week. Oh, I "met" with my inner adviser and I received some answers I been looking for. CHILD BIRTH

Thanks so much for the darling "strawberry" suit and picture frame. We sure appreciate you thinking of us! Life is certainly going well for all of us -Kylee is a wonderful baby. Truly happy all the time. I'm back to work 2 1/2 days a week and starting to feel more comfortable with my time away. We have a very close friend that's watching Kylee at our house, so that worked out great. Sam's enjoying his tape and his sleeping has truly improved. You really have been such a gift to us - thank you for all your great work and special friendship.

Cedric and I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful birth, thanks to you. The labor was long, but not bad and was all natural. The worst was the mental anticipation for labor to begin (I was a week late). The day it started, we had decided I was too obsessed and meditated for a while and then left to go to the beach. Didn't even get close to the beach before it began (shortly after noon on the 20th). We walked and meditated until 10pm, and then went to the hospital. It was more around 4am that it started hurting, but not any worse than a bladder infection. Meditation made it easy to deal with. Thank you for helping us learn techniques that work for me so that I could go without medications. Our son is incredible. Know I have to learn how to get things done and take ca..

SMOKING
Hi Nancy,
My partner needs to stop smoking asap, but perhaps more importantly needs to deal with her newly discovered lung cancer and her mortality. I think some of the excellent visualization work you do could help her have a more positive, creative healthy attitude. I know you are extremely busy, and if it is not possible for you to see her soon, could you possibly recommend another hypnotherapist, preferably a woman? Don't know if you remember me, but you helped me quit smoking last august. It worked great by the way. No problems anymore at all. I wonder if you could help me out with something else. . . I'm a part time musician, and rarely, if ever, perform vocally. I don't have a great voice.. at all...but it could be used if I ever got the guts to use it. Problem is that I can sing my heart out in the car and in the shower, etc, but get me in front of a mic, and I just can't re-create it, and I know that it comes from a lack of confidence in my voice. I'm not looking for voice lessons (that might be out of your expertise..) but I'm looking for some help with my confidence level. What do you think?
