Chris was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were having relationship issues when we were expecting our 1st baby. It was a critical yet challenging time in our lives. Chris did a good job of helping us understand how our past has impacted who we are today and determine what steps we can take to overcome these issues. Her hypnotherapy and energy work was amazing. I first visited Rosemarie 24 weeks ago. As of today, I have lost 22 lbs. I am so pleased and happy and I feel so good. I know that with the way I am eating now, I will continue to lose. I can't thank Rosemarie enough for my non- diet. I think the work she does is so important and I will always be grateful. |

My goal was to lose weight and feel better about myself and I did. The beginning talks, lots of positive feedback. The freedom I feel from worries, stress, life, past and future. The encouragement to live in the present and how to deal with the day to day “stuff”. Glasses and headphones (fireplace) Water----CD’s---Daily messages---Recommendations for books, DVD, Websites----Thank YOU I am so grateful I came to see you!!!!!

Since taking Debbie's weight reduction class I have lost a pant size and continute to do so. But the most important issue is that I now make healithier choices not only in the food I eat by of my size portions. The classes were very informative and because of them I am more empowered. Thelma helped me prepare for surgery out of state.
I used her tape over and over again. She uses visualization and relaxation to promote healing. Her voice is soothing and grounding and she listens closely to where I want to go.
I have worked with her several times over the past year and always find more peace after our meetings.
